The limits of this tool, stated plainly
This checks your ingredients against a table we maintain of federal scheduling status and state kratom act scope, reviewed August 2026. That is genuinely useful and it is also a narrow slice of what determines whether you can sell something.
It cannot tell you about: your state's own controlled substance schedule, emergency rules that may have been issued since our last review, local ordinances, whether your ingredient is a lawful dietary ingredient, your labelling, your facility registration, or your marketing claims — which is where enforcement in this category most often actually lands.
Use it to orient yourself quickly. Then read the regulatory summary, check the tracker for anything that has moved, and take the whole picture to your own counsel. We are a manufacturer, not a law firm, and nothing here is legal advice.
